  Main features:

(1)  Pre-cooling chamber and cold trap for freeze drying so that pre-cooling and freeze drying can be done at the same time to shorten the freeze drying periods.

(2)  Pre-cooling chamber and cold trap for freeze drying can be separated with refrigeration systems and electronic control systems through walling installation, which meets the requirements of GMP standard in the pharma industry.

(3) The heating elements of shelves are made of special materials which has small thermal inertia and uniform temperatures.

(4) The LCD screen as human-machine interface, displays material temperature and cold trap temperature real-timely by curves and digits, and shows the vacuum degree by digits.

(5) The main machine is equipped with RS232 communication interface.

(6) Preset the rising temperature curve of shelves to realize the sublimation automatically.

(7) Equipped with anti-return oil vacuum pump.

(8) The main machine and vacuum pump are connected by quick-release flange, which is easy to use.
